A quick story will demonstrate Pam's tuning ability. Last year we had a nationally recognized touring group in need of a quality piano. The technical director was a little concerned about the sound the artist would get from our Kawai baby grand. Pam tuned the piano the morning of the event, and after the pianist had played for about a minute, he mentioned that it was the best sounding piano he had used on their current tour.

Pam also does excellent work with pianos of much lesser quality. We have a couple of upright pianos that are in really poor condition, but Pam has a way of making them sound pretty decent. An additional benefit is how quickly Pam is able to do her quality work.
